The results show with statistic descriptive analyze method and data quality test by using SPSS 22 that variable independent of compensation and career path give the dominant influence related to turnover intentions. Compensation influence turnover intentions with significance (Sig 2 tailed) value 0,011 and R square -0,325*. Carrier Path influence turnover intentions with significance (Sig 2 tailed) value 0,041 and R square -0,313*. Variable independent working facilities do not give significance influence and also do not have strong relation to turnover intentions (R square value -0,237 and sig 2 tailed 0,066).
